Forest investigation:
Dynamics of forest animals in the hinterland of Seal Rocks, NSW, Australia
Changes over time in the number of species (taxa)
in relation to the abundance of Dingoes:

Note the vertical yellow bars are the summer months (blue boxes = winter months).
Key findings (Dec'16) :

-
the number of species (taxa) typically peaks in the warmer months
-
when dingoes were particularly abundant within and about the 2014-15 summer, the peak in the number of species was much narrower
-
however, through the autumn-to-spring period which followed, the number of species unusually steadily increased and reached record levels by the 2015-16 summer
-
accordingly, it appeared that the 2014-15 pulse in dingo abundance promoted subsequent increases in biodiversity
